THE ROLE:
* Interviewing, matching and placing freelance and permanent staff within events agencies, corporates, charities, public sector organisations and exhibition companies
* Generating new business as well as account managing relationships with existing clients
* Proactively generating freelance and permanent candidates through advertising (both print-based and online), networking, referrals and, if applicable, headhunting
* Reporting into the Head of Events, Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for generating revenue through the placement of candidates and securing exclusive client relationships

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* Previous recruitment experience and a solid track record of success
* A demonstrated understanding of the broad marketing mix, with previous experience in events recruitment or the events industry a big bonus
* You will be proactive in your approach to work, enabling you to seek out new business opportunities and potential candidates
* You will welcome networking opportunities and client-entertainment
* You will be target-driven and resilient.

* Previous recruitment experience and a solid track record of success within the Editorial or similar sector
* An understanding of the Editorial industry, its clients and the best way of approaching and developing relations further
* A proactive approach to work, enabling you to seek out new business opportunities and potential candidates
* Confident communication skills and welcome networking opportunities and client-entertainment
